Cepic’s 2010 Stadium location
The location for the 2010 CEPIC conference is now confirmed as the Aviva stadium. I thought a 50.000 seat stadium was probably a bit much for an industry conference and contacted Karen Sahoy at CEPIC for an explanation.
CEPIC will take on about 1/3 of the stadium space. This includes an atrium and spaces around the field that can be used for work, coffee and informal meetings. Corporate boxes overlooking the field can be hired for private meetings.
The stadium is scheduled to be completed in May 2010 and will host two events prior to CEPIC. It’s located in the heart of Dublin at walking distance from bars and restaurants and 25 minutes from the airport. With this bright and modern location in a country that is easy to reach the organisation wants to make a clear statement about being the centre of the picture industry.
