Stockxpose, new microstock site or illegal activity?

The launch of a new stock photography agency has sparked a debate on Microstockgroup . Stockxpose launched in beta on the 6th of February 2010. Upon exploring the site several members of the forum found images that had been isubmitted under wrong names without permission of the rights holders. Some people called the site a scam while others made an effort to get the images removed. As a result of the actions today the site is now down to 9 images in total.

It’s unclear what the next steps for the agency are. Will it be, as one person said “The Fastest Launch and Death of a Microstock Site” or will the owner be able to control the damage and give some compelling arguments that the site is a valid proposition?

In any case you may want to keep an eye on the forumposts to see if any more clarity and reassurance can be provided by the owner.
