Lookstat offers free guide on microstock
Lookstat , a company that helps photographers upload images to multiple microstock websites at once is offering a free guide on how to shoot for microstock. The guide is free when registering some basic details. It’s targeted at photographers that have previously been submitting their pictures to other licensing models and it may also be applicable for hobby photographers. Lookstat’s Rahul Pathak says on the blog:
”The guide provides an overview of what microstock is and how to get started. It also contains profiles of the top sites, details on their application process, and a submission checklist which covers the latest requirements for creating accounts and uploading and submitting images. We wrote this to answer a lot of the questions we hear about microstock, especially from established stock photographers interested in adding another revenue stream to their portfolios. “
