“Mick is an amazing talent who has built an impressive photo agency over the past two years.  Mick was an extraordinary asset when he worked for me at ImageDirect and I’m thrilled to be working with him again,” says Frank Micelotta.  “Both our current PictureGroup clients and future clients will greatly benefit from Mick’s assignment capabilities and expertise. And I’m excited to broaden the PictureGroup business beyond music and entertainment to include some of the leading fashion brands which Mick brings with him.”

Magsino started his career at Corbis where he sold entertainment content as an account executive and was promoted to lead the Electronic Media group. During his time there, he was able to close deals with upstart media companies such as AOL, A&E and Fox Interactive.  After taking some time off to complete his graduate degree, Mick found his way back to the photo industry and became the Director of Sales/Business Development at Image Direct. Mick Magsino has a BA in Political Science from New York University and an MA in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.

“By merging Elevation Photos with PictureGroup, it will only strengthen our reach across many sectors in the editorial and corporate assignment space that will only benefit our clients,” commented Magsino. “Frank and I have always had a positive working relationship and I am excited to be part of his company.”
