Sublime and tragic portraits of Kenyan tribe

This exhibition of photography by Jehad Nga entitled Turkana is showing in the Bonni Benrubi gallery in New York for another two weeks. You can see the portraits in the video or follow the link to another video with commentary and information. The exhibition features portraits of the Turkana tribe in Kenya that is decreasing in numbers as a result of drought. The subjects of the pictures are isolated from their deadly surroundings leaving just intense portraits.
