Shutterstock Files For $115 Million IPO

This Breaking news just came in.

Shutterstock has filed for an IPO thought to be worth about $115 million. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange. The company reported revenues of $120 million in 2011 with a profit of $21.9 million. Shutterstock recently launched it’s new logo and corporate identity and has about 19 million images that it sells through its subscription model. The company has 550.000 active paying users.

The estimated value of the company is derived from the calculation of the registration fees and the actual value may differ.
