When we spoke to Fotolia Contributor Tetiana we couldn’t help but ask her to share one of her recipes from one of her photos. We can imagine it was a pretty tough choice considering all the amazing dishes she has photographers but we think she picked a goodun’, Italian Panna cotta; her family’s favourite dessert.
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
400 ml of cream with 30% fat,
3 tablespoons sugar
0.5 tablespoon of gelatin
10g vanilla sugar
100g fresh strawberries (or any other berries or fruits)
