We interviewed top French contributors Mathieu and Sandrine. We were so impressed with their delicious looking images that we asked them to share one of them. They kindly obliged.

As Mathieu states, he does not invent the recipes, stating that there is a difference between cooking to eat, and cooking for a photo shoot. But he assures us the below recipe for vegetables loaf is one everyone should have in his or her drawers: perfect for summer nights, aperitifs or quick meals.


200g flour

4 eggs

1 teaspoon of baking powder

120ml milk

1 teaspoon of olive oil

About 10 little dried tomatoes
