Getty images in exclusive partnership with Washington Post

Getty Images has announced a distribution partnership with The Washington Post.  The agreement will give Getty Images the right to offer the images that are captured by the Washington Post news organization. The agreement gives Getty Images the exlusive right to license the images. worldwide. The Washington Post documents political news,  national and global issues, as well as sports and daily slices of life. 

The Post’s comprehensive coverage has garnered five Pulitzer Prizes, the most prestigious award honoring excellence in journalism and the arts, and has been recognized by esteemed organizations including World Press Photo, the National Press Photographers Association and the White House Press Photographer’s Association.
